I am guessing you are here looking for a new and easy work out routine that burns calories, tone’s muscles and increases energy. Something that anyone can do at home without the travel time back and forth to the gym or waiting for a turn on equipment. If so you are at the right place.

Ab-zilla work out, both leave a bad taste in your mouth and defeat the purpose that exercise is suppose to make you feel GOOD not like you have been run over by a truck.
Most of these exercises are done on or using your couch. They can be done on the floor but for beginners the couch is easier on the body.
I have kept this routine very simple. It is not crowded with so much to do then do that you get overwhelmed and not even feel like starting. I believe that a simple routine that is easy to memorize is best. All exercises are timed rather than done in 12 to 15 repetitions. This because not all people are alike so it only makes sense that any number is better than a number some people can’t reach when starting out. When the exercises do get easier (and they will) all you have to do is increase the time or the sets in order to maintain a challenge for the body.
Most of the exercises are done in 30 seconds to 1 minute segments in order to keep them short and sweet so that it is more pleasurable to exercise. Not everyone is equal in physical abilities and it is important to remember this. You don’t have to be the best in order to give it your best. When it comes to your health you are the only one that matters right now and getting started is the key.
The routine starts out with only two minutes of cardio (which you can increase as you develop) then some very simple stretches.
Then into some simple and easy core exercises to warm up the body in a specific order. Like a cake recipe. You know the story where the mom is explaining the trials of life are necessary?
It goes something like this; Life is like a cake, we all love the finished product but what exactly did it take to make it?
You would not want to eat the raw eggs, no no. You would not want to drink a cup of vegetable oil, oh no..lets just skip to the time in the oven…..get the picture. Somehow most people that bake cakes do love the process because they know what the finished results will be and that vision is what drives them.
