About easy to remember and easy to do exercises that are done to burn calories, tone muscles and exercise the heart without feeling like you enlisted in the Marines. However this site is mainly for the ones that DON"T want to exercise, Don't have time for a regular work out routine and Don't want to do a lot of exercising at once.
You will soon see single videos of single simple exercises that can be done in seconds and repeated during the day at your convenience. Imagine doing a hundred push ups a day!!! Not what you think....try 5 or 10 at a time (average time this takes, 5 to 7 seconds)  10 times a day.  It's the same with other exercises. Every little bit add's up and thats what we intend to show you.

The Couch potato work out was originally designed for a friend that was 60 plus pounds overweight and got easly discouraged with other routines he had tried. I showed it to several people including other trainers and found out that average people that just wanted to get started or would like a new and simple routine could really benefit from this little, yet simple routine also........more to come Under Construction...please re-visit
